Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may begin processing the following business day.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery We offer standard shipping within the United States. Estimated delivery times are 7–20 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping promotions, when available, apply only to standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment. We are not responsible for tracking delays caused by the carrier.
Shipping Address Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipment of returned packages due to address errors will be at the customer's expense.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We strongly recommend using a secure delivery location. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage.
International Shipping At this time, we ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available.
Modifications & Cancellations Order modifications or cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us via email. Once an order has entered processing or been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
